Yes! Guest users on your shareable boards will be able to access DocuGen views and will be able to use them just like regular users. Guest users are external users who are not part of your monday.com account, but that you add to shareable boards. More about guest users here.

DocuGen saves all generated documents in your root My Drive folder. Currently DocuGen does not offer the ability to specify another folder to save the generated documents. If this is a feature you need, drop us a word and we may be adding it to the product roadmap!
The Subscription tab allows you to see which DocuGen subscription plan you have. You can upgrade to any higher plan at any time by clicking “Select” under the plan name and following the steps.
