Fix: Some DocuGen integrations may have stopped working following 13 November 2020 release

We are aware of an issue that is causing DocuGen integrations created prior to the 13 November 2020 release to stop working. The fix for this is simple:

  1. Go to your board where you have your old integrations
  2. Add a new (dummy) DocuGen integration (any integration)
  3. monday.com will ask you to authorize DocuGen (this is required only one time). Please go ahead and authorize DocuGen
  4. You don’t need to complete the steps for the dummy integration; you can safely cancel or delete this integration

Your existing integration should work fine now. If not, drop us a word using the form below and we will get this resolved for you asap.

You do NOT need to repeat these steps for other boards where you may have integrations. The steps above will fix the issue across all your monday.com boards.

Why is this happening?

When we published the latest DocuGen release on 13 November 2020, monday.com automatically revoked the access right of all DocuGen integrations. This resulted in all integrations becoming inactive and requires that you re-authorize DocuGen integrations. We did not expect this to happen and we are working closely with monday.com team to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
