Where can I find my generated documents?
Depending on your choice of Document Delivery Options, you will be able to access your documents as follows:
- If you selected Send as an email attachment and no other delivery options, you will need to check your email (the same email address associated with your monday.com account.) Make sure to check your spam folder as well.
- If you selected Attach to file column or Attach to conversation feed, you can access the document in one of two ways:
- Go to the relevant item on your monday.com board and you will find the document attached to the file column you specified in the Settings, or to the item’s conversation feed
- Go to the DocuGen Documents tab and double-click on the document name
